I started Mission Amplified Consulting because I believe mission-driven organizations should be able to focus their resources on amplifying impact, not on dealing with operational challenges. But often, leaders simply don't have the time, resources, or expertise to address those challenges that are getting in their way.

 

With an MBA and over two decades of experience working with public sector organizations, I’ve advised executives and led major change initiatives to simplify operations and embrace lasting change. Along the way, I’ve seen first-hand how limited resources can hold back amazing work. That’s why I decided to leverage my wealth of experience and launch Mission Amplified Consulting.

When I’m not helping organizations thrive, I'm involved in community volunteerism and spending time with my husband and three daughters. I’m endlessly inspired by people living out the idea of being the change you wish to see in the world. It’s this inspiration that fuels my work every day.

I have an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA from The College of William and Mary. I am also a certified PMP practitioner and Scrum Master.
